Editor, Physicians learning data mining?
I agree that physicians need to know some basic statistics, but I don't think you should expect them to learn data mining and become experts in it. They want to be physicians, not data miners !
Would you expect data miners to become experts in medicine as good as physicians?

All physicians (17 in my organization) are working with statistical, because they only know estadistica. I am changing that: the physicians need to learn statistical and Data Mining.
