Internal analytics staff increased, while usage of external analytics consultants remained about the same.
Among respondents who indicated greater integration, 68% also said that internal analytics staff increased, while only 3% said that internal analytics staff decreased. With regards to external analytics staff, the effect was not significant - about 35% reported more use, while 30% reported less use.
