LinkedIn is looking for a SQL Engineer to help us gather knowledge about our user base. The SQL Engineer will be responsible for writing ad hoc queries and structured SQL reports on our existing Oracle data warehouse.

Candidates for this position must already possess outstanding SQL coding skills, especially with Oracle SQL. Expertise in Excel macro programming and in automated chart generation via Excel or via other inexpensive tools (e.g., Jcharts) is also strongly preferred. Scripting skills (perl, python, etc.), PL/SQL, Java, and some knowledge of statistics are also preferred.

This is a full-time contract-to-hire position located on-site at LinkedIn's offices in Mountain View, CA. Candidates must already be local to the Bay Area.
