SAS(r) business intelligence and analytics curriculum will be available to thousands of professors, students
PHOENIX (Dec. 15, 2009) - College professors and students worldwide will soon incorporate SAS pedagogy, customer cases and hands-on experience into instruction at no cost through a partnership between SAS,
the leader in business analytics,
and Teradata University Network (TUN).
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to education and responds to growing market need for graduates with business intelligence, analytics software and consulting expertise.
TUN, a Web-based portal for faculty and students, offers resources in data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), decision support, database and analytics. Business analytics software from SAS is used across industries to address business issues such as performance, risk and financial management, fraud prevention and customer intelligence.

Professors registered with TUN can begin incorporating SAS curricula in fall 2010, but will be able to preview SAS offerings in the spring for planning purposes.
