The Human Face of Big Data is a new project from a photographer Rick Smolan, the creator of the "Day in the Life" projects.
One day this spring, the project will be sending one hundred of the world's leading photographers around the globe to capture how Big Data is enabling us to address some of humanity's biggest challenges. Suggestions accepted only until March 15th, 2012.
The project needs your help in finding great assignments for the photographers. The kinds of story assignments they are looking for combine Sensors (dedicated devices or "soft" sensors like SmartPhones or Twitter feed), Big Data Processed in Real Time, Data visualization, and most importantly the resulting change of behavior.
For more information on how to suggest assignments see thehumanfaceofbigdata.com/assignments

I don't think Day in the Life projects generate a lot of money - this is not Wall Street. You or people you like can be featured in these photos, and you can help create a positive image for Analytics and Big Data.
