Company: Financial trading company, providing solutions for technology-driven trading. The company was founded over 10 years ago and has multiple offices in the US. This position is located in the Boston, MA office.

Position: Research Analyst or Senior Research Analyst (depending on qualification).

Requirements:

• PhD in a quantitative field
• very strong analytical skills, including experience in model building
• strong technical skills (ideally - UNIX/Perl/Matlab/C/C++)
• good communication skills
• team work attitude.
• some experience in finance desirable, preferable in equity trading/portfolio management
