2Xchange uses Outlook and Exchange for Data Mining and Querying

Tampa, Florida, February 26, 2003 Fifteen-year old Microsoft software solution provider and process automation specialists Advantage International, Inc. announces the release of 2Xchange a structured query program with an easy interface that creates saved distribution lists available in Microsoft Outlook. 2Xchange attaches to most data sources (like Access, Foxpro and SQL) and creates lists that can be used in Outlook for communications or marketing. The information can be updated in the data mine at user-selectable timed intervals, and the "Saved" queries have administratively definable user-access levels. Once the query is run, a message can be sent to the distribution list via emails (individualized or blind carbon copy), and internet based fax server or printed. The message can be sent via Best Way, that is, sent to an e-mail address if it exists, to the fax if it isnt or simply printed. 2Xchange is completely user-definable and can be keyed to focus on most selected columns in the data table.
