For the sixth year in a row, world-renowned data mining visionaries will share their expertise at M2003, http://www.sas.com/m2003 the world's premier data mining and analysis conference. Hosted by SAS, this year's conference will be held at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada, October 13 and 14. The change in venue - from SAS World Headquarters in Cary, N.C. to Las Vegas - has come largely because of the conference's great success; M2002 reached capacity at more than 400 attendees.

Keynotes addresses will be delivered by Thomas Mitchell, the Fredkin Professor of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University; Raghu Ramakrishna, an internationally recognized professor at the University of Wisconsin; Lotfi Zadeh, a distinguished professor of computer science at the University of California, Berkeley and the Director of the Berkeley Initiative in Soft Computing; and Andreas Weigend, the Chief Scientist at Amazon.

In addition to the keynote presentations, eight session track topics and more than 30 speakers representing business, government and academia, will address the latest advances and best practices in the industry, offering something for everyone interested in the rapidly changing field of data mining.
