American Express is seeking one who will help drive the Information Management Test & Learn Prospect Marketing capability with the objective of maximizing Consumer Small Business Services External Acquisition results.

You will collaborate and work directly with a cross-functional team to leverage prospect data and statistical techniques in order to create and implement winning acquisition strategies. Responsibilities span the full Acquisition Test & Learn lifecycle: design marketing tests to efficiently and effectively test critical acquisition hypotheses; ensure tests are successfully implemented; read results of tests, synthesize and communicate findings; incorporate learnings into winning acquisition strategies for American Express.

Requires Strong background in Statistics. Experience with statistical software - SAS strongly preferred. Course work or experience with at least several of the following: design of experiments, predictive modeling, decision trees, segmentation, econometric analyses, ANOVA/ANCOVA, factor analysis, cluster analysis and other analytic techniques. The following are not required but are all pluses: proficiency in UNIX and Mainframe environments, prior statistical consulting experience, knowledge of the American Express / card business.
