The Director of Contact Analysis will be responsible for all modeling, contact program performance tracking, contact analysis including topics such as most effective channel and frequency of contact, and partnering with contact management to achieve ultimate 1 to 1 optimized customer contact.

The position requires advanced analytical skills acquired through formal education (Masters degree preferred) in addition to experience (8 years+) in the areas of statistical modeling/data mining, financial analysis, business analysis, and direct marketing related analysis as well as strong leadership and managerial skills.

This position is a vital component of our overall strategy to more greatly leverage direct marketing for strategic advantage and will influence directly our ability to succeed. Current 2005 projections presume a substantial ramp-up of direct marketing scale and benefits derived by a factor of several times (currently NPV's totaling around $25 million are projected for mail alone).

The position requires a strong results-driven orientation to assure that our investment in analysis and data mining contribute maximum value.
