Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex
business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining the requirements to bring a developed system to
full implementation.
- Participates in the review of and fully understands
the business needs described in the Business Requirements.
- Analyzes the
Business Requirements and defines/documents detailed transactional and
analytical requirement statements for each need.
- Develops and documents an
outline design of the application identifying clerical, system and external
components.
- Develops, documents and reviews with multiple groups, an
implementation requirements definition covering priorities, conversion and
testing needs.
- Reviews and coordinates requirements for QA testing and
assists the QA Department in the creation of test plans.
Compliance Requirements:
Position requires adherence to all Company, Regulatory and Statutory
guidelines and for assisting management in communicating these guidelines
to colleagues as requested. In addition, incumbent is responsible for
self-identification of problems and for reporting said problems to
management. Incumbent is also responsible for assisting with audits,
internal or external, and for implementing timely and effective remedies as
required by management.

Required Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in
systems and Data Warehouse analysis, with 2+ years experience in systems
analysis with particular emphasis on detailed transactional and analytical
requirements definition and high-level systems design.
