www.txt2re.com data mines text strings for regular expressions. The programmer selects the elements he is interested the language he is working in and a full program is generated that extracts those elements from that type of string.

Its a free website, open to all with no 'sell'. I wrote it because I tried to imagine what would make regular expressions dead easy for all programmers. Read more at
