AdCenter is Microsoft's unified Ad Monetization platform chartered with delivering ads on multiple sites, services and software. Our prime charter is to empower Microsoft to “win the web” against competitors. We have successfully delivered search marketing ads in US, France and Singapore markets and are in the process of running pilot in additional markets. We are working aggressively on our next wave of Ad offering around content ads with on and off network syndication. Challenges are to engineer high class, state-of-the-art UI applications that are highly scalable, performing and secure for our Publisher customers, geared towards managing content, accounts and reporting. Job Description:
We are looking for creative UI developers with sharp design and coding skills to be a part of our Publisher center team. Strong UI skills including expertise in ASP.Net/Java, XML, XSL, XSLT, DHTML, VBScript and JavaScript are must-haves. Hands on experience in recent technologies like AJAX and cross-browser development like Firefox are preferred. Candidate should demonstrate expertise with C#/Java, the .NET framework, OOP and knowledge of design patterns and general knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedure development. Experiences with TDD, test automation and agile programming models are strongly considered. Working knowledge of Application performance tuning and diagnosis would be considered. Hands-on programming in non-MS technologies like Java, Perl and PHP is an added advantage.

The developer will be responsible for all aspects of product feature development, including architecture, design, development and unit testing while being accountable to deliver high quality software components. Developers must be skilled in agile development environment and be able to adapt to changing requirements, shorter release cycles and parallel development responsibilities if required.

Qualifications:
In depth experience\understanding of middle tier design especially in the context of large scale eCommerce applications is required. Must have experience in developing high performance online commercial applications that can handle millions of transactions per day. At least 6-8 years of work related experience is required. Strong communication skills are preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field required. Candidates with advanced degrees are preferred.
