We seek enterprising individuals with a solid background in business and marketing performance analysis and a passion for translating data into actionable results for clients such as LendingTree, Match.com, General Motors, Orbitz, Stanley Tools, and many more.

Senior Statistical Analyst - Requirements

  • Experience in developing statistical modeling analysis approaches to demonstrate marketing/business performance
  • Specific experience with test design, analysis and measurement of direct marketing and/or general media campaigns
  • Customer segmentation (CHAID or clustering) experience desired
  • Understanding of appropriate statistical tests for various analysis situations (correlation, ANOVA, t-test, chi-square, etc.)
  • Ability to verbally express analysis results for business audience with clarity and persuasiveness
  • Ability to create compelling visual representations of data (charts/graphs/diagrams)
  • Creative thinker skills; able to develop unique methods of analysis where traditional methods do not yield results
  • Ability to balance desire for statistical rigorousness with realities of inconsistent business data
  • Expertise in SAS and MS Excel
  • SQL and other database experience – including understanding of relational design - a plus
