The Customer & Market Analytics department currently has an opening for a Senior Customer and Market Analyst. The Customer & Market Analytics department is responsible for providing data-driven insights on the effectiveness of consumer and small business acquisition and retention efforts. This position will perform forensic-level analysis to answer questions that are strategically important to business. This position requires a problem-solving mindset, the technical skills to perform the analysis, and communication skills to translate data into insight. Desired problem-solving skills include the ability to frame solutions logically, support it with facts, and then draw business implications. Desired technical skills include the ability to examine and manipulate large datasets to formulate a simple message. Desired communications skills include comfort in conversing and writing to both technical and senior business audiences. Industry experience in financial services, consulting, or direct marketing desired but not required. 4-year bachelors' degree required.
