Our client seeks a Director and a Manager to take the lead in creating and articulating quantitative strategies and relevant solutions for our pharmaceutical clients and in developing methods or processes for implementation.

Leads the creation of both online and offline database marketing programs including strategy, measurement and ROI. Also, provides direction and manages the work processes and output of a team of marketing analysts and statisticians. Develops and/or communicates strategy to implement the objectives of the organization and guides others in linking their activities to the objectives. Evaluates client needs for quantitative analysis.

• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from the consulting side
• 8+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Superior team management skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Experience in analytics quantified as: The ability to develop analytics solutions using the following tools and techniques: Predictive Statistical Models o Customer Profiling o Segmentation Analysis o Survey Design and Analysis o Data Analysis and Mining o External Data Enhancement o Break-Even Analysis o Promotion Mix Analysis o Sales Force Optimization

• Bachelor degree required - strong bias for candidates with advanced degrees in business (MBA) or Masters in Statistics, Economics, or similar field.
• Minimum of 8+ years experience in Database Marketing or Analytics
• Strong analytical background (hands-on modeling experience in the past is preferred)
• Good understanding of database technology
• Proven ability to build client relationship at all levels
• Strong understanding of industry issues
• Able to travel approximately 30%
• Must be able to produce detailed documentation, business correspondence and reports
