The University of Pennsylvania launched a social media, mobile media, crowdsourcing contest to locate life-saving defibrillators in the Philadelphia. This task is difficult as the devices are often hard to find and then gain access to. Several monetary prize options.

UPenn developed a crowdsourcing mobile media contest to find AEDs and raise awareness. Participants will use the free app to identify and record locations in Philadelphia county.

So fire up your smartphone, log on to the website, snap a photo and send it to us!

Contest ends March 13, 2012.
