US Congress is currently discussing "Do not track registry", which will allow people to opt-out of tracking. Do you think such registry, if enacted, will significantly reduce ad targeting and behavioral advertising?


Privacy Behavioral ad targeting, which relies on data mining of to present most relevant ads, has been very effective, but also controversial because of privacy issues.

US Congress is currently discussing "Do not track registry", similar to "Do not call" registry, which will allow people to opt-out of tracking online.
