  • 9:15 - 11:30 Training Class - Mike Bowles, Ph.D. and Tricia Hoffman, Ph.D.; Introduction to Mining Big Data with Map Reduce (the cost of the training class is $35.00. Register using the Buy Now button below.
  • 11:15 - 07:30pm FREE Data Mining Camp (11:15 - 7:30pm) (beverages & snacks included with RSVP)
  • 12:50 Keynote: Machine Learning on Big Data for Personalized Internet Advertising: Michael Recce, VP Modeling and Optimization at Quantcast

WHAT is an UNCONFERENCE or CAMP?

An unconference is an event where users suggest topics, get together and discuss them in detail. This camp is focused on Data Mining, Analytics, Cloud Computing, big data analysis and the various applications of these technologies. There is an option to join the SF Bay ACM for $20 per year. Our last Data Mining Camp had 375 participants.
