Job Titles in Data Mining

In building a Data Analysis Team, I am struggling to accurately title job positions. I have persons that will know how to use BI tools such as Cognos and extract the data, but not interpret the data (data mining). At the next level, I have data miners that I will title Data Analysts. Any suggestions for the BI users that can extact data, and use all BI tools, but are not ready to turn the data into knowledge?

• Data Acquisition (ETL) Analyst? Or perhaps Data Modelers
